The origins of Hallowes, Allen & Haynes go back to 1989 when Donald B. Hallowes originally located in Pickerington, Ohio. Soon thereafter, Mr. Hallowes relocated to larger facilities in Reynoldsburg, Ohio focusing his practice on personal injury, business formation and representation, probate, and real estate. Together, Anthony J. Allen, who practices in the areas of personal injury and bankruptcy matters and S. Scott Haynes, an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Family Law Specialist, formed Hallowes, Allen & Haynes. In 2003, Mark J. Ebbeskotte became part of the firm and focuses his practice on wills, trusts and estate planning, probate, real estate and business representation and formation. In 2004, Jessica L. Spears joined the firm and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, personal injury, wills and trusts, and estate planning and administration. The growth of the firm reflects the growing need for quality legal services in Central Ohio and the satisfaction of clients, both old and new, who seek out Hallowes, Allen & Haynes to represent their interests.
